walked in with no appointment to see if they would do a pedicure. wasn't greeted and when I finally asked if they did walked ins I could hardly hear what the ladies response was and she said something about availability and looked at another lady and both shook their heads no. just very not friendly or welcoming establishment
My husband and I have been going to Mackenzie for our nails and she is wonderful!! I also got a pedicure from her and it was sooo relaxing. She also has taken extra time to help me figure out how to fix my broken, brittle natural nails. And my natural nails are doing much better than before! Highly recommend Mackenzie, and all the other folks at In the Spalight are super friendly and welcoming as well!
I had the most amazing experience here. It was my first time going and I got a Brazilian from Cristy and a basic pedicure from Mackenzie. Both were extremely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did a fabulous job. I rebooked after my appointment. This will be my new salon for any self care needs in the future. They truly do it all.
