She made making other design choices (paint and wallpaper) fun instead of overwhelming for me. She came up with great ideas that fit our personalities to make this house feel like our home. Nearly 20 years ago my mother purchased beautiful, vertical Hunter Douglas blinds from In The Shade. A few days ago a few of the vertical veins came undone. We figured there probably wasn't much we could do given the age of the blinds but decided to stop in at In The Shade to inquire if it was possible to repair older blinds, or find out if it was time for replacement. We have used this company twice and have had great experiences both times. Erika was wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly and isn't afraid to double check anything she isn't 100% certain about....although she is definitely a wealth of knowledge. Got a bill for $270.66 for installing broken shades. The new Utah owners don't care, so watch out. Go elsewhere for normal customer service.
