Worst experience ever! I was very upset and all I got was to get laughed at by answering person. I booked for an event and had it paid but the limo never showed up. When I called to see what was going on, the person on the phone had no professionalism, did not take my complaint serious and did nothing about it. Would not recommend their service.
If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible and I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone!!! I have dealt with many limo companies and this one is by far the worst. I wish I could have a different review but I can't...
We took a limo from Phoenix to Sedona, two one way trips on a friday and sunday. The drivers were early, very nice and treated us well. Called both days to let us know they would be there a few minutes early and say hello. The cars were clean and exactly what we expected. What a great weekend! Thank you In the Scene Limousine!
We had a wonderful experience when we used in the scene limousine for a transfer service to and from the Salt River. Our drivers were great, on time and super friendly. The river was a "slow flow" day, so we ended up being an hour late to our limo, which resulted in a $200 late fee. So, be sure to "over estimate" the time spent on the river to avoid such fee's.
