They have no idea how to cook sushi rice. Never going back there again.
I had lunch yesterday with a business associate for the first time at In The Raw in hopes of discovering a new favorite restaurant in Bricktown. What I discovered was a sad menu and even sadder food. the Miso soup was room temperature and the Pork Gyoza was over cooked and the rice was simply tasteless (a little salt could have helped a long way). the itr salad was bland and uninspiring. the Gulf Shrimp was simply inedible.
