Booked a few appointments for my son was very happy with the service so I became a regular, however the last 3 appointments I booked, upon arrival barber had clients in the chair and we were left waiting for over 30 minutes. I understand things can happen but if I book an appointment I schedule my day around that and am disappointed that it happened to many times in a row. I have since switched barbers to someone who can keep their appointment in a timely manner.
