An order of Clickgear Bag Velcro Straps were purchased on March 9, 2021. Upon receipt, I realized that this was not the product I needed. I returned the product with return receipt (showing they received the package on April 9, 2021), requesting a refund to my credit card. I have since sent a second letter requesting a refund (June 15), and I have not received a refund.
