We couldn't be happier with our refinished floors! They look amazing. Ethan was super professional and paid incredible attention to detail. He took the time to explain each part of the process as he went along and made sure we were always happy with everything he did. Also, I’d like to throw in that the dust containment was impressive, too! He kept everything really tidy. If you’re looking for someone who is professional and will do the job the right way.. definitely go with In The Groove!

Very impressed! I had my bamboo floors refinished by another company. Very disappointed in their work. Floors looked horrible! Fortunately I had to get them redone after the painters scratched the floor moving my refrigerator. Blessing in disguise! Ethan was fantastic — in time, very communicative and the floor looks incredible! I shared his contact with my friends. I would highly recommend his company!
