I feel bad about the review I wrote a week ago after being so upset about no one replying to me each time I called for info on a gift card that was about to expire. It turns out they do care and left a message on my phone saying they would honor the gift card since COVID-19 had them closed for a while. Purchased a $350.00 gift card for husband last September 2019 husband always to busy to get in so I wanted to use before expiration date of September 13 2020 called to make appointment no one ever answers just recording so finally just left a message twice and no one ever returned my call. Son also put a $150.00 deposit for my 18 year old granddaughter last March and the one time she was able to talk to someone they said they’d call her after the COVID-19 situation was better and now no one answers or returns calls!!
