Honestly good cuts but really bad customer service. I had booked an online appointment and when I got there my barber wasn’t there. And there’s no front desk anywhere to check in so I waited 20 min before even being acknowledged and then the barber I had booked said he couldn’t take me so I took another one. He was doing good taking his time but towards the end of the cut it felt like he was rushing because he had two appointments waiting on him. Very good barber shop.Super professional, everyone has a lot of experience. Hair cuts are always good and fresh. BEST BARBER SHOP IN THE AV no doubt .
Bad customer service. No one acknowledges you. We waited for 45mins to be told that they didn’t have any walk-ins.
