Went into shop and was not acknowledged by staff at all. Sat down wait for 20 minutes, available barber started sweeping entire shop instead of at least saying I'll be with you. Another customer shows up and immediately sits in barbershops chair and was attended to. I walked out and won't go back.
Best barbershop in Yuma, AZ by far!!! Welcomed by all and even got a free water! I booked with Eli and he was very social and understood exactly what I wanted! And even when he was done asked if I wanted any last details and let me view my cut from all angles! 1000 out of 10 flawless experience! I am very particular about who does my hair; And i’ll keep coming here for as long as Eli is cutting! I drive from Los Angeles and Phoenix just to get my hair done here!
We've been going with Chuy for a couple of months now. He does such great work, and is so patient with my autistic kiddo. 100% refer him to other.
