I am so thankful I found In Sync after years of trying to find a therapist who knows and specializes in first responders. They have been so helpful, supportive, and friendly. My therapist is great and the staff at both the Conway and Greenbrier locations are friendly and considerate of their clients (Randi has always has great playlists to listen to while you wait for your appointment.) I recommend them to anyone who is looking for counseling. It’s been so beneficial for my mental health.
Be careful with this company. They will cancel your appointments and drop you without and notice or explanation.

I love how professional Cathy Pettis is. She's a whole counselor herself. She listens to my concerns involving my child's medicines and helps me try to find ways to improve our daily habits to help the medicication be more effective for my child. Most places just throw medicine at you and you have no idea what it is for or who it will effect your child. So I really appreciate her intentiveness.
