Stephanie always does a great job cutting and styling my hair.
My daughter recently came in for a hairstyle, the worker that was named Ashley gave her someone totally chopped that my daughter definitely did not ask her for. She then on went to say that she didn’t care, over charged us then basically kicked us out causing my daughter to cry. Definitely do not recommend
Erin is definitely my favorite cosmetologist i've been too, she sat and asked my preference and took her time making sure my hair was to my liking but also what she was in-visioning i put my full trust into her and don't regret it my hair came out amazing!!
To be charged full price to get no wash or style and be told that she’s too small for a wash yet keep the adult price because she’s 8 is ridiculous. I should have went to Great Clips. I did know the price before going but was under the impression that since she was “8” and not young enough for a “kids cut” she would get the same type of treatment as an adult.
