I have been going to In Style Hair Studio 332 in Medford for about 2 years. Linda and her staff always greet me when I walk in the door by name. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and when Linda is running a bit behind they will let you know how long it will be. I always leave looking fabulous!! Wish I could give this ZERO stars!! I really don't like doing this but I am so upset with the results I got from this place! First, my appointment for a balayage was at 3pm but I was not seated until about 4:20 because 2 of Linda's, the owner, friends came in and they needed their hair to be touched up. I waited because I had a graduation ceremony that evening and I really wanted to have my hair done for it.
