Ms. Kathy is awesome at what she does. She will listen to what you want and will tell you if it is possible or not. She won't tell you she can do something that is not possible for your type of hair. I have seen many beautician's tell someone they can give you a haircut that they are fully aware may not be possible with your hair type.
