›In Step has been an amazing place for my 16 year old granddaughter. The DBT group with Erika and Mary really saved her life. I don't know what we would have done without the wonderful therapists and specialized programs at In Step!
We were double booked, but instead of letting us know immediately upon our arrival, Dr Case made us wait additional time for her receptionist to return from lunch to let us know instead. Not only did we pull our son out of school for the appointment and drove all the way from great falls, we then waited almost half an hour in the waiting room before anyone told us there had been a mistake.
Does not benefit children with significant special needs.
This review is about the scheduling and management of this company, not its therapists. It took us a while to receive a response after our initial inquiry. After the first appointment, we were told we would be contacted to arrange follow-up programs. No follow up at all.
