We were double booked, but instead of letting us know immediately upon our arrival, Dr Case made us wait additional time for her receptionist to return from lunch to let us know instead. Not only did we pull our son out of school for the appointment and drove all the way from great falls, we then waited almost half an hour in the waiting room before anyone told us there had been a mistake.
Does not benefit children with significant special needs.
This review is about the scheduling and management of this company, not its therapists. It took us a while to receive a response after our initial inquiry. After the first appointment, we were told we would be contacted to arrange follow-up programs. No follow up at all.
I wish "In Step" was around when my children were young. We are taking my grand daughter for counseling for the past six months and the progress she has made has been remarkable! The entire staff and owner (Cathi Cohen) are extremely compassionate, vastly experienced and highly professional. If anyone needs help with numerous facets of a child's life/personality, "In Step" is the perfect place to go for help.
