I want to take this opportunity to thank Jane and her team. I purchased my first home in June. She was an excellent middle person for the seller and the buyer, and it made the whole process went so smooth. Jane had been very supportive and approachable, she replied to my calls in a reasonable time frame and always updated me on the purchase. Overall, I am very happy with Jane and her team's service.
I want to make this short as I have a tendency to go on. In dealing with Jane from insitu property, it was a total waste of time. I am a buyer from Melbourne and a seasoned investor. In my dealing with Jane she had Attempted to manipulate me into to offering more money by claiming multiple other hot offers which never can through even weeks later. ( It is important to note as I write this houses are selling in days with 18 offers given, if your house is on the market for more than 2 weeks it is too expensive) Once attempting... read more
