Charlie was great! He answered my call on a Sunday and discussed with me the issues I was having and what my options were. Even though he is super busy he was able to come out the very next day to fix the issue with my leaking bath faucet. He was kind and timely and I would definitely recommend him if you have plumbing issues!!

Charlie has always been very helpful. I'm thankful that he has been available during this labor shortage. This guy is extremely reliable and personable. He really cares about each and every job that he does. These guys are affordable as well... The bill won't knock you off your feet. Overcharged us for garbage disposal and parts. Make sure to get a quote before you decided on their service. It was our mistake for not asking for pricing beforehand. But then again, who charges extra for retail parts? We really liked the installer, he was fast and friendly. We won't use In-Sink again for overcharging us and not being upfront with their pricing. It's a shame as we are about to do a home remodel and they lost the long term business for a temporary gain. Lost out on thousands of dollars for inflated pricing. D... read more
