The best of both a personal trainer and group sessions. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and supportive of each other.
This studio is perfect if you are looking for a challenging total body workout or stretch. Classes are perfect for any age and always a blast. The playlists are great. I’ve signed up for unlimited classes and love going. If you are in the southern Delaware region definitely look into taking classes.
I love In Shape Studio!!!Best barre, stretch and dance classes in the area! Valeria and Anastasia are very passionate about their practices. It’s judgedmental free zone, where all women of all ages and all bodies are welcomed. Effective work outs. Fun atmosphere. Great women community!
In Shape Studio is the best! The instructor is incredible and communicates well. The classes follow a similar structure but no class is exactly the same. Everyone who goes is friendly and welcoming. It’s a judgement free zone.
