Best time to come is 530 am...no waiting for machines or equipment and no crowds...
Make sure you're updated with the class schedule so you're not kicked out of the pool by a class you didn't know was newly scheduled.
Dont show up after 5pm. Its too crowded with everyone getting off work nd school. NO PAIN!
