full class of spinners today and no instructor been going on for awhile use to be a full week of classes now down to two days a week . The manager for group classes isn't doing her job fulfilling members needs and requests . All we ask for is a little common courtesy.
In late 03/2016. Clientele was becoming questionable. The night staff are unsupervised youths who are disrespectful and discourteous. Equipment not being maintained.

Best place ever very clean they have the best personal trainer's everybody is very friendly best day care.you need to check out this place.If you need a personal trainer ask for Dominique Patino he help me loose 22 pounds less of 3 month you want results he's your guy
Mike Welch got me signed up quick and easy without any hassle. He answered all my questions and is very encouraging. Good gym, has everything you need. The trainers are very nice as well.Fun group of people!
I need to stay that this gym is awesome. This is the first time i actually enjoy going to the gym. I have to say there personal trainer Jenn is awesome. She knows how to push you when you don't think you can do it.
We are a family of five and Love InShape Dover. All it's options for fitness and open hours fits perfectly to our family. The staff are great too!!

He took the time to explain how to develop a realistic and successful fitness plan with specific goals for both of us, individually!! Blown away by how knowledgeable the training staff is at this gym. Walked in with no intention of working with a trainer, but after seeing what they had to offer I am so happy I made the decision to try it out. It brought out motivation that I had been lacking in order to move one step closer to achieving my goals. I was also educated on fitness and nutrition. Very impressed.
