It is an OK club but has some draconian and unfair rules, you are expected to take a membership for a 4 year old who is only accompanying parents, it is not worth the money if you have young kids under age 12 year old, there are hardly any options for them. Also the inconsiderate and rude response by the staff is unsettling and concerning, especially targeting people from few ethnic backgrounds.
Super helpful customer service both over phone and in person. Club very clean, no worries! Edited to add: we've been members for 5 years now. In-Shape customer service continues to impress me! One of my kids with special needs recently made a costly mistake on their membership. After contacting the main office, In-Shape cleared all extra charges. It's rare to find such caring in a big business, thank you!
