It has an indoor walking track that is great for hot or very cold weather. They have weight machines, racket ball, and fitness classes. To top that off they have a very nice pool for anyone, and a kids pool for the little ones!!
Great gym with good people.
Nice gym, $10 day pass if not local. Weight room needs to be rearranged IMO. Need to be more spacious. Indoor track is small, but it is an indoor track which are few. Cardio studio Crossfire studio
