I'm very happy with this gym. It's got a roomy, comfortable feeling for shy people. They offer a good discount for seniors and I go a lot. The group fitness is excellent. Front desk staff always warm and friendly. Clean and well equipped. I'm definitely getting more than my money's worth here. Julie's classes are just fabulous for strength and fitness but I also recommend the yoga and cardio dance. So fun! Try this place out.
I joined this club for one year but had an injury in my very first yoga class. I was not offered a refund or other compensation. Weekend and after work classes are few. Pilates offered only once a week. Only after joining did I also learn that there is no sound available to the TVs during workout in the treadmill area. While it was pretty cheap to join, I have not been happy with this club, I have paid for months for basically very very little, in fact with my injury it has cost me a lot more...
