Great friendly staff. Always treated with care and respect. Lost ten lbs my first month and was so happy, they made me feel proud like they were just as happy for me as I was for myself.
I started going here in January 2012 and I weighed 280 pounds I was at a point in my life that I could not get motivated for anything. After talking to the amazing staff and changing my life by watching everything that I ate I lost 110 pounds by June 2012. They always have words of encouragement to give to their customers. I would encourage anybody who wants to better themselves to go and check them out ....
