We purchased a house in Longford 5 months ago with solar in place, we were informed by Aurara that it had stopped feeding into the grid, I rang In series on a weekend and they responded back within hours and directed me over the phone and we reset the inverter and now working perfectly I cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic service given by them, they are also coming out Monday to connect it to wi fi Regards a happy customer
