I just wanna give a shout out to one of the best human being/customer service/manager I have ever met in my life and I worked customer service all my life . Madison is an incredible manager and a great asset for this company. Definitely I see her climbing up the ladder because she absolutely holds the loyalty to the customer and great customer service and understanding of how to protect the business while providing the best customer service out there again highly recommended. Definitely needs a raise

I had the pleasure of crossing paths with Madison and she eagerly assisted me with all my needs when renting my unit. Reasonable rates, excellent staff at location and in office, just updated lot and lighting, feels safe, good hours, lots of unit sizes to choose from. I mean, it's a clean storage place and you can put your stuff there, not have to worry about getting ripped off by others and or the company.. lol 👍👍
