It's a nice, clean, and safe facility. I think a lot of that is because it is somewhat newer and, of course, because it is in Battle Ground. In my experience, the rates have increased twice, for the unit and security fee (May '23-July '25). Most recently, my unit went up 10% plus the security went up to $8 monthly. I've had wasps create a nest in the exterior wall. The nice woman in the office offered to spray for me, but I took care of it. A very well maintained clean nice storage facility very friendly. Great customer service. I would suggest this to anybody keep up the good work this is not ur normal storage facility the staff is great
