I love the new system and as ALWAYS, Brittany gives 100% amazing service and support. She is not only professional at all times, but is friendly, welcoming and is a solver of all. I will be moving another storage unit over by the end of August.

(June '26 update below, one star... RODANATS in the units + Another $ Increase) It's a nice, clean, and safe facility. I think a lot of that is because it is somewhat newer and, of course, because it is in Battle Ground. In my experience, the rates have increased twice, for the unit and security fee (May '23-July '25). Most recently, my unit went up 10% plus the security went up to $8 monthly. The gal that works here is Awesome! Very friendly and helped us with getting a great size for our truck and storage. Definitely referring.

I had such a great experience here! Brittany, the manager, was amazing, super helpful and friendly. The move-in and move-out process were both really easy and stress-free. Everything was well organized and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!
