First time ever bleaching my hair, let alone having it done at a professional salon. Had to do some research, see what im getting myself into. Especially with the drastic color change from black to purple/silver, i couldnt just go with just anyone. After days of searching, i saw the reviews of this salon, and everyone was mentioning this "Elly" person who works there and dyes hairs. I saw the testimonials and reference pics from her clients. The guy named William is extremely irresponsible. He is not just joking about a customers knowledge about hairstyling. He also making fun of me with his boring coworker. What’s even worse when I’m asking for helping me to remove a white hair he just refused (you’re a barber you know that?) Also his tech and skills is bad. He keeps talking about uninformative boring content to show off how good he is (which is not). One word, no one will do business like this.
