I had instructor Rob over in Wesley Chapel and I was genuinely pleased with his course from beginning to end. By the end of the session I felt very confident that I can turn my fear of saving someone’s life into action. I feel like he went into great details using stories, lessons, examples, and role play, in order to get us to understand the impact of not taking action in a moment where’s someone’s life is being tested. I really enjoyed this course. Rob was a great instructor. He explained everything clearly, was patient, and made the class interesting and easy to follow. The hands-on practice was very helpful and made me feel more confident with CPR and AED skills. I would definitely recommend this course and instructor to others.
I have been taking CPR courses since 2011 and I can honestly say this class with Mrs Lisa was the most informative and kept me engaged throughout the entire class. 10 outta 10
