If I could give less than one star I would. Just wanted to refresh my review most dishonest, lousy service I ever had.
I know very little about cars, so finding a trustworthy, honest mechanic was super important when I got my first car. Chris is exactly this. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! I know Chris will fix what is actually required without overcharging or fixing things that aren't required. Furthermore, he also always takes the time to explain anything your car requires and why. Chris and staff have always provided professional and reasonable service. I have had many vehicles serviced at In-Port Auto over the years and appreciate the uncompromised level of integrity and fairness. Chris understands the importance and value of "relationship" between business and customer.
