Good service Michael was there for all my needs and more
Got quoted 95k for a boat package, got the same package at Brisbane Yamaha for 83k. I drove down picked up the boat, had a holiday on the Sunshine Coast, and still had change in my pocket.
Thank you Daniel for the fantastic customer service you provided to us during the ordering and purchase of our beautiful new boat. Nothing was too much trouble for you given we live most of the year nearly 4000km away and were reliant on phone calls and emails to finalise everything. Our boat was ready to pick up on time and you showed great patience answering our questions while explaining how everything worked. Over all, it was a very relaxed yet professional interaction.
Having a problem with Yamaha Motor out in the Wessels - emailed In and Outboard marine to seek assistance and they were back to me within 15mins offering to assist! Fantastic support from Jeremyy and crew - problem not solved yet but its a great comfort to have such willing technical support when remote. I will definitely be having th engines serviced by In and Outboard when we get to Darwin!
