First off, tri star dealership said this is part of their quick lane. This place is not, they are just a place that Ford uses I guess, but it's not part of Ford. Second off, the Morgan wallen wanna be is not very friendly or helpful
They were very busy but they got me in and out pretty quick
Awful business....tried to take advantage of my Mother who went in for an inspection on her own. They quoted her over $1500 to fix things. When she went for a second opinion at another place her vehicle passed with no additional work needed. Taking advantage of single women or older adults is outrageous and reprehensible. I would never recommend them.
Had a great experience there. They diffently got me & my dad in & out. Would recommend them highly.
