Disappointed is an understatement. This company advertised a promotion they were running to provide an expecting mother with a free nursery painting. I wound up being the (not so lucky) winner. After coordinating a date to have the painting completed with the owner Jamar, he did not show up that day or even have the decency to reschedule. We were one of Jays' first "customers" and we should have been His last. Not only did In and Out Painting do a very amateur job of painting the exterior of our house and garage, with no paint on some areas and overspray on others, Jay also failed to return 10 aluminum shutters He had taken home to paint. He refuses to return our calls or return our shutters, but He will publicly apologize on Facebook to us when people are looking for painter recommendations, He just won't do anything about our missing shutters He took home. ... read more
