I contacted three roofing companies that were recommended on my town page due to 3 separate leaks after the last storm. He was the first to respond and I did some research before scheduling. Jamar was so responsive and scheduled quickly. He came out and got the job done right then and there. Very fair pricing and I will be contacting him again for some interior painting. Highly recommend.
I've been following In & Out for over a year now on FB and made the decision to hire them when we needed to have new roofs put on two of our sheds. They arrived when they said they would and worked diligently on the roofs -- no fooling around. Instead of just installing the new shingles overtop of the old ones, they removed the old ones and started fresh -- which is the correct way, no shortcuts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Great experience with In & Out. Had a leak coming through the roof and through the ceiling in a bedroom. In & Out came over the same day I called to have a look, and returned the next day with a simple, yet complete and very inexpensive fix, and ideas for affordable options on the inside ceiling repair. Great guy, honest, courteous and timely... never tried to sell me a new roof when others had. I'll be calling In & Out for all my painting and roofing needs in the future!
I highly recommend In & Out Roofing & Painting. Jamar was professional, reliable, accommodating, and efficient from start to finish. He came out, gave me a quote, worked with me to get the price where I needed it to be, and handled all the logistics to get the job done quickly. Jamar had previously done my parents’ roof, so when it was time to do mine, we discussed the different options and I eventually circled back and gave him a call. Within just a few days of contacting him, the job was done. They did an excellent job. Th... read more
After reviewing several quotes, we reached out to "In and Out Roofing & Painting" because their price was reasonable for the work we were requesting. Not too expensive and not too cheap because you get what you pay for in our opinion. Also, they provided a written quote specifying what they would be responsible for and included a 10 year labor warranty along with the shingle manufacturer warranty. The 10 year labor warranty pretty much sealed the deal for us when we ordered our replacement roof. We also received a senior dis... read more
