All I can say is I’m disappointed. The past 6 months since I got my car I’ve been going here every time I need an oil change. Suddenly my oil light comes on, though I had just got an oil change no more than 3 weeks before. Here’s my issues— as soon as I pulled in to get assisted they were awfully rude to me for no reason. Again, have been coming here for 6+ months. Not sure if they thought I needed them to diagnose my car being that the oil light came on. I am writing this review while receiving service on 2/18/2026 at approximately 7:30 a.m. After hitting a pothole and having two tires blow out, this was the closest shop to my hotel and had decent reviews, so I decided to come here. Unfortunately, my initial experience was disappointing. The first employee who assisted me was very rude and did not greet me properly. His demeanor made it seem as though I was inconveniencing him. Really great service! They carry Royal Purple and authorized. Only concern is that they did not put back my under carriage splash guard back properly. Causing 3 fittings to fall off. It could have been worse with it falling off and hitting a car while driving.
