Took deposit and didn’t provide service or refund. We were scammed
I recently purchased townhome and needed to get siding replaced in the back side. I had 5 siding pros that came and gave me quotes for vinyl, wood and fiber cement. John and Dave from In and Out Constructions gave me the best quote, they seemed caring and very knowledgeable. I had my project done Nov-Dec and since we had rain and snow, the crew worked around the weather. Avoid at all costs! They will abandon the project and take your money. They are NOT licensed in Johnson County despite telling us they were. They did NOT use licensed subcontractors. John tried to change the scope of our project many times and when we did not agree to putting in more money or taking out important aspects of the project, he walked away. The job was not trimmed out as promised. I have cold air coming in around plumbing that was moved to an outside wall. Asked for John to look at it and he said he would but then did not show. Hopefully my plumbing doesn't freeze. The design was not ideal. Curtis came out and looked at the issue but never came back to fix it.
