I had the pleasure of working with Juan. He was very kind, honest and reliable when it came to all of my questions about my fender bender damage. He was knowledgeable and has excellent customer service on every level! The company had 5 stars and great reviews when I was referred to them by Kia so it just made my choice an easy one. Not that I hope I get rear ended again but if it happens I will choose in and out collision again! I also got to meet Tony who also was very kind and professional. Great guys excellent service!
I was rear ended in my brand new 2025 Kia k5 about a month ago now, immediately spoke with Christian and Juan at in & out collision, they did an OUTSTANDING JOB repairing my car.
