When all the machines work properly it’s a really good car wash. Good luck getting everything to work right though. Mat cleaning machine by the vacuums doesn’t do anything. Went through today and I think the tire shine reservoir was empty because my tires are still covered in dirt and dust. Paid for the ultimate and feel like I get the same results from the basic $5 wash.
I had to edit my 5 star review. I used to enjoy coming to this location due to the prices. Lately, it feels like a burden for coming here and the workers seem annoyed for having a customer. VERY poor customer service. One of the elder gentleman is very rude and yells for at you for pulling forward?? Like I’m going to go through before he signals me through. Lol. Rude people, they refuse to wash my vehicle for no reason.
I've been a member for quite some time but the service here is always poor and the vacuums never work. Definitely going to cancel my membership. Very disappointed customer.
