This company was supposed to prorate my first month of service for signing me up in the middle of the month.. and they absolutely did not. The employee was at least trying to help me, though he couldn't do much. He explained to me the reason for my service being deactivated after just 2 weeks. He called his boss, who said that he himself couldn't do anything till tomorrow. He took my name and number only to not contact me at all. The car wash itself is fine, but the place advertises free vacuums; however most of the vacuums are out of order and the few that do work hardly have suction. It's been like this for over a year - why isn't it fixed by now?
Vacuums never work good at all. Employees seem rude and aggravated that your even there.
