I will not be returning. The service was awful, and my car still isn’t fixed. It was at the shop for seven days, yet the issue remained unresolved. Rodney was extremely unprofessional—he didn’t provide a receipt or an estimate for the cost of the knock sensor or thermostat. He installed parts without my permission or prior knowledge and then quoted me a price of $600 upon arrival. I brought my car in three separate times, but the problem was never addressed. This dealership is a complete RIP OFF!
When I pulled up to shop the shop had everything ready quickest most hassle free battery change ever. I truly appreciate the service. Thank you for getting me and my dog back on the road so quickly.
