Very unprofessional folks. We had added some square footage to the house. Instead of measuring or checking county records, just took the size from other similar houses! Did not admit the mistake and claimed he actually measured. I was right there when he came in and I knew he didn't make any measurements. I sent them the proof from the county and requested they update the appraisal. Didn't even call back despite multiple messages and emails! They are total morons. Having the house refinanced for a refi, and the appraiser blatantly lies and said there were no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors on either floor of the residence. The appraiser never asked where they were and stated that he would have to return due to a strapping problem on the hot water heater. The guy is a moron, why would he blatantly lie and be so dishonest as to state that the house did not have them when in fact they did. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
