This place was packed and perhaps that's why my hamburger was lukewarm in my fries were so so but 99% of the time.. everything is hot and tasty.. Yes I could have returned it but everyone now and then has a bad day.
I am writing to share what a fantastic experience my family and I had at In-N-Out on Saturday, March 14th. Despite the late hour and the restaurant being packed, our cashier, Evelin, greeted us at 10:30 PM with an incredibly warm smile and a genuine, friendly welcome. She was exceptionally kind to my children, even providing them with coloring books, which made our visit truly special. In n out used to be a guaranteed level of quality. Sadly that's not the case anymore with every location.... But this location is NOT adding to that problem. Everything we ordered looked a piece of art. In n out is the only fast food joint around making food look as good as it tastes.
