Very good burger fair prices. Would prefer a crispier fry but definitely fresh made to order. Also would prefer more drink selection. Just a very simple menu executed well
Update: even though, they have forgotten something on my order like 3 or 4 times already. Their customer service is outstanding. ***** Food takes too long... I ordered 2 fries to go, and the cashier asked the person in the fryers to get 2 fries, but the employee waited until my number was up. I mean, I saw trays and bags with fries waiting on burgers. Come on In-N-Out don't disappoint me.
This is the 3rd time drive thru in a row got the order wrong. Mistakes occur but pls do better.
Drive thru orders continue to not get it right. Did not get animal style burger, no sauces as ordered, and no Chillies as ordered. Just do not understand how they can forget items like special sauces and Chillies when I order at drive-thru? 6-19 Againy wife orders burgers and is asked at the window before getting food. Do you want ketchup and she said yes please and an extra dressing please. She gets home and no ketchup for the fries and no salad dressing for my burger.
