Always a great experience
Finally got to return to In-N-Out, after many years (probably 20 years). It was def a let down the fries were bad, maybe not cooked correct time/temperature? The buns seemed not so fresh, they broke apart after taking a bite. I hyped going here for years to my family, and of course they very let down on this visit. Maybe it was a off day. We will try again, Im sure... some day.
Not sure I get the appeal. The burgers were just mediocre, especially after waiting 30 minutes for a fast food order. The staff was super friendly though. I felt bad for the girl at the front counter. Several customers were berating her about the long wait times but she handled it all with calm and a smile.
