usually food and service here is excellent. i come to this in n out regularly. however tonight after work i went and when i got home, i bit into my burger and found this halfway inside of it. i almost chipped my tooth and choked on this piece of metal (which i assume to be a cap of some kind that screws on). i’m thankful i noticed it when i did. i’m not sure that i will continue to frequent this establishment after finding a piece of equipment in there. because while i’ve already mentioned the safety reasons, as someone in f... read more
Highly mediocre burger and fresh...not up to McDonalds quality which is not saying a lot
Fries were stale. Burger is small. It is definitely not as good as Whataburger.
