I had a truly terrible experience at this In and Out burger place. I visited with my two daughters, and when we got to the window, we realized a burger was missing from our order, meaning one of us wouldn't get a meal. We offered to pay for the additional burger we had originally ordered, but a staff member refused, claiming 'everything was pulled apart' and they couldn't add to the order.
