What an outstanding location. amazingly kind staff. My family and I arrived minutes before closing, and were greeted with the kindest smiles. Thank you for making our night.
I had a great experience at this location. The customer service was excellent. The woman at the drive-thru window was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude. The manager, Uriel, was also very efficient, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear the team takes pride in providing great service. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back! Also I need to shoutout Andrew as well a super cool and friendly guy working there .
Waited 20 minutes in a drive through just to have my order messed up 3 times. Charged me for 2 double doubles and only got hamburgers, drive through took forever, forgot fries.
This In N Out is pretty good... mind you i grew up in Los Angeles. I grew up eating In N Out... I consider myself an expert on their food. That being said, this location often gets orders wrong and burns their buns beyond being edible. Their fries are inconsistent and usually meh... any SoCal location has been better than this one. Now... the worst location here? Is West Valley... hands down, terrible... But I will always patronize In N Out!!! Love em!!! Btw, want a treat?
