Loved the double double animal style but the fries tasted like it was freezer burnt and stale
Worst drive-thru setup. Expect at least a 15-minute wait just to have your order taken during peak afternoon hours. Worse, once you pull into the drive-thru lane, you are completely trapped with no way to exit. Heading inside isn't any faster—it's just as backed up. If you are on a tight schedule or in a hurry, skip this location.
I used to go to whataburger on 281N & Bulverde alot until one of the employees working the drive through came with our order And threw it on the table sending our fries flying. We complained ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done called corporate no reply. The h w whataburger n their staff than cant compete with the FRIENDLINESS of the IN N OUT STAFF I started going to PT TERRYS 3x a week but my go to will be this IN N OUT. Whataburger is PLAYED out expensive n food is mediocre STAFF MGRS are the worst.
