Well managed even during peak periods, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the burgers the best in town. It is a longer drive for me to go there but always worth the extra travel time.
My only complaint was customer service. We barely had opened the door when Armando behind the counter starts telling us to hurry up and order because he has to go attend the drive thru. We were so taken back because we barely walked in and was greeted that way is annoying. And when we do get to the counter and ask if we can order and he does a weird gesture and points to his lips, which is absolutely rude. Please put him in the back away from customers so no one else has to deal with his rudeness.
Kylie was very sweet and has excellent customer service. Will be coming back to this in and out just because of my experience with Kylie.
