We visit this location all the time. Until our last visit they never failed to impress. Not sure what happened on our last visit. We were skipped in the drive through line, watching other vehicles arriving after us make their order and proceed on, while we waited. And, for the first time, the staff at the window appeared disinterested and evasive. Guessing they knew they failed in their execution and didn't know how to acknowledge it. Not the typical In and Out experience we have grown to appreciate.
Big shoutout to Kevin and his team, they were super helpful and organized when I had to place a bulk order for a company event. Give everyone a raise and promote the dude, they seriously deserve it.
