I am from out of town, and came here to buy a car, which unfortunately landed me here at this shop twice in two days before heading back home. I can not say how thankful I am for the kind and great experience here. They are very knowledgeable, very respectful, and they don't try to just charge you for things that they don't have to. Had a vacuum pump go out on a Friday while traveling through Nashville (Gatlinburg to St. Louis). I called around 11:00 am and they got me in that afternoon to complete the diagnosis. They promised to have it done by 1-2 pm on Saturday. While it was inconvenient (not their fault) to stay overnight, I was super happy to get a text at 10:30 am that my vehicle was ready. Back home at least two hours before I thought.
